One of the most effective ways that we fight kidney disease together is through NKFI’s Indiana Kidney Check program.

At this FREE health screening, participants will receive INSTANT RESULTS from seven stations: Health History Survey, Blood Pressure Reading, BMI Calculation, Urinalysis, Glucose reading, Creatinine/eGFR Reading (if necessary), and a private 1 on 1 Consultation with a Medical Professional to go over your results with you. You’ll also be able to take home educational brochures on many topics related to kidney health.

New for 2026, Humana members will have the option to have their results sent directly to their caseworker!
