The National Kidney Foundation of Indiana is excited to announce this quarter’s “Cooking For Kidney Health” in Indianapolis will take place on Thursday, May 15th at the J. Everett Light Career Center on the campus of North Central High School.from 7pm – 8pm.

Do you have a hard time figuring out what you can eat this is kidney friendly and still tastes good? Does it feel like an impossible task? Professional Chef Jon Askerson will demonstrate how to make a delicious, kidney friendly meal that is full of flavor and easy enough for you to make in your very own kitchen! As an added bonus, you will also receive a small sample of the dish to try yourself while you have the opportunity to ask questions about nutrition and kidney health to a panel of experts.
