29th Annual Stuart A. Kleit Symposium

Virtual Event Virtual Event

November 20, 2020 @ 10:00 am December 1, 2020 @ 11:59 pm EST

Over the 29 year history of the Stuart A. Kleit Symposium, nephrology and how we learn about it has changed many times. This year proves to be no different as the symposium shifts to a three-day educational conference hosted virtually on Zoom from November 11-13, 2020.

In addition to the switch to a virtual format, the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana is excited to announce that in honor of our 50th anniversary, you can attend all three days for just $50!

CEU and CME credits are available.
