This year’s symposium is being offered as a hybrid event with in-person and virtual options for both presenters and attendees. Our speakers are recognized experts in their fields from across the United States. The theme for the Kleit Symposium is All-Inclusive Kidney Care and the full agenda can be viewed by clicking HERE
