The National Kidney Foundation of Indiana invites you to partner with us in celebrating Transplantation at our Annual Reaching Beyond the Stars Gala on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis.

The field of nephrology has reached the stars with gains in transplantation. However, there is much more on the horizon and we are Reaching Beyond the Stars to enhance the lives of those impacted by kidney disease.  We need YOUR help to reach the next level in educating about transplantation!

About the Event

This year NKFI is spotlighting Transplant in Indiana at our annual black-tie event. In doing so, we will honor Dr. Islam Ghoneim and Dr. Dennis Mishler for their service to Hoosiers with kidney disease and transplants. You can also browse the exhibits of the Children’s Museum while raising funds to support the many free programs provided by the NKFI including Kidney Camp for children with kidney disease, emergency financial assistance, kidney health screenings and more!

Tickets

Tickets are $250 per person. You can also reserve a private table for 8 at $2000.

Auction

As always, we will be holding an auction with fabulous items: travel experiences, signed memorabilia, restaurant gift certificates, electronics, allocated bourbon, and much more! The silent auction will be hosted on your smart phone and you do not need to be present at the 2022 NKFI Gala to bid and win items. If you win silent auction items but aren’t in attendance, NKFI staff will contact you post-event to make arrangements for you to secure your winning items.

The live auction is hosted for Gala attendees and will include an eBike and the ever-popular “Send a Child to Kidney Camp”.
